In this job, supermarket warehousing store type in Saltillo, Coahuila, we installed the fire protection system.
The system installed includes Automatic Sprinklers ESFR K16.8 for sales floor, Automatic Standard Sprinklers for grocery store, general offices and receipt area, as well as Dry Sprinklers for the fridge chambers, according to NFPA 13 standard. On the other hand, we installed a preaction system for substation areas, we relocate and interconect existing hydrant system, according to NFPA 14 standard. Additionally, we installed a Fire Detection System, according to NFPA 72 standard. We also installed a 2,000 GPM Diesel and Electric Fire Pump System with a Jockey Fire Pump for pressure recovery, according to NFPA 20 standard, as well as a 123,540 gallon Bolted Tank for Fire Protection, according to NFPA 22 standard. Finally, we installed a Fire Protection System for the kitchen, charge-discharge type mechanism.
The project was delivered on time, quality and cost, fulfilling GANT defined for fire protection and according to our client’s job program.
