In this job, bottling plant type in Culiacán, Sinaloa, we installed the fire protection system.
The system installed includes Automatic Sprinklers ESFR K14, according to NFPA 13 standard. On the other hand, we installed a 154,029 gallon Bolted Tank for Fire Protection, according to NFPA 22 standard. Additionally, we installed a 2,500 GPM @ 135 PSI Diesel and Electric Fire Pump System with a Jockey Fire Pump for pressure recovery, according to NFPA 20 standard. Finally, we installed a Hose Station System for operational areas of the plant, according to NFPA 14 standard, including relocation of hydrants and installation of sprinklers in all operational areas, complying with FM Global regulations.
The project was delivered on time, quality and cost, fulfilling GANT defined for fire protection and according to our client’s job program.
