In this job, distribution center for bottling plant type in Tijuana, Baja California, we installed the fire protection system.
The system installed includes Automatic Sprinklers for warehouse, according to NFPA 13 standard. We installed a Hose Station for general offices, according to NFPA 14 standard;as well as an main feeder and overhead hydrants, according to NFPA 24 standard. On the other hand, we installed a 2,000 GPM Diesel and Electric Fire Pump System with a Jockey Fire Pump for pressure recovery, according to NFPA 20 standard. Additionally, we installed a 256,150 gallon Bolted Tank for Fire Protection, according to AWWA standard. We installed a Fire Detection System, according to NFPA 72 standard. Subsequently, we installed Deluge System in LP Gas Tank, according to NFPA 2001 standard. Additionally, we installed a Novec Gas System, according to NFPA 15 standard. Finally, we installed a Wet type system for warehose, cutting workshop and solder, according to NFPA 16 standard.
The project was delivered on time, quality and cost, fulfilling GANT defined for fire protection and according to our client’s job program.
