In this project, a manufacturing facility for the automotive industry, located in Escobedo, Nuevo León, we installed the fire protection system.
The installed system included UL/FM listed interior and exterior hose valve stations with 1 ½” hoses, in accordance with NFPA 14 standards. Additionally, the scope included the installation of a 750 GPM fire pump system, consisting of diesel, electric, and jockey pumps, in accordance with NFPA 20. Furthermore, two fire water storage tanks with capacities of 216,000 gallons and 161,500 gallons, including internal thermal lining, were installed in accordance with NFPA 22. Finally, a water spray deluge system was installed in accordance with NFPA 15 standards.
The project was successfully delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with the approved specifications, strictly following the Fire Protection specialty Gantt chart and aligned with the client’s overall construction schedule.
