In this project, department store type in Torreón, Coahuila, we installed the fire protection system.
The system includes indoor fire hydrant stations with 1½” hoses, installed in service areas, process zones, warehouses, and offices, all in accordance with NFPA 14 standards. In addition, a 250 GPM diesel fire pump system was installed following NFPA 20 standards. Also, a 30,000-gallon fire protection water tank was installed in compliance with NFPA 22, and finally, a fire alarm and detection system was added according to NFPA 72.
The project was delivered on time, within budget, and as specified, strictly following the GANT chart for the Fire Protection specialty and in alignment with our client’s overall project schedule.
