In this project, a self-service warehouse facility located in Juárez, Nuevo León, we installed the fire protection system.
The installed system included UL/FM listed interior and exterior hose valve stations with 1 ½” hoses and fire department connections, in accordance with NFPA 14 standards. Additionally, the scope included the installation of a 500 GPM fire pump system, consisting of diesel and jockey pumps, in accordance with NFPA 20. Furthermore, an 85,294-gallon fire water storage tank was installed in accordance with NFPA 22. A fire alarm monitoring system was also installed in accordance with NFPA 72 standards. Finally, a kitchen fire suppression system, ANSUL R-102 wet chemical type, was installed, including a wet chemical tank and advanced fire suppression agent.
The project was successfully delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with the approved specifications, strictly following the Fire Protection specialty Gantt chart and aligned with the client’s overall construction schedule.
