In this job, supermarket warehousing store type in Chetumal, Quintana Roo, we installed the fire protection system.
The system installed includes Automatic Sprinklers for general offices, Sprinklers in back room área, Sprinklers under smoke and Dry Sprinklers for the fridge chambers, according to NFPA 13 standard. On the other hand, we installed a Hose Station System of 1 1/2″, according to NFPA 14 standard. Additionally, we installed a 2,000 GPM Diesel and Electric Fire Pump System with a Jockey Fire Pump for pressure recovery, according to NFPA 20 standard. Subsequently, we installed a 200,000 gallon Bolted Tank for Fire Protection, according to NFPA 22 standard. We installed a Fire Detection System, according to NFPA 72 standard. Finally, we installed a Fire Protection System for the kitchen, charge-discharge type mechanism.
The project was delivered on time, quality and cost, fulfilling GANT defined for fire protection and according to our client’s job program.
